As a province we are entering uncharted territories as we manage the COVID-19 pandemic. Our top priority is the health and safety of our students, staff, and trainers. While there is currently one case of COVID-19 in the province, we all need to do our part to flatten the curve. Today, March 16th will be our last day of in-class classes at Canadian Training for an undisclosed amount of time.
We understand that many current and potential students will have questions during this time. This is an evolving situation and updates will be provided as they become available. All current students and students registered to start their programs at the end of March have been emailed. We will continue to be in direct contact with these groups of students on a go-forward basis.
Our office will remain open until the end of business day, Wednesday March 18th. This is to prepare our office staff to work from home. While our office is open we ask that the public do not visit our location, rather send any questions they may have by email or phone us at 709-786-2400.
We ask that all members of the community work together to reduce the spread of COVID-19 by following the recommendations made by our health officials. Please wash your hands diligently and frequently, practice social distancing, and isolate yourself if you have symptoms, been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 or are returning from an international trip.
Stay safe everyone,
Arthur Dominix
Director
